- Log in to your account
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
1.1 Customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreemen, within 14 (fortheen) days after the date of delivery of the products, the only exception if the order has been delivered and you deny to pay the taxes according to the legislation of your country, we are obliged to withhold the return charges from the amount paid to the Jacob Lee. Final Sale: products purchased on final sale (as further described below) are not eligible for return or a refund.
1.2 The product must be given back along with the original packaging (including the packaging materials and the documents, if any, accessories, labels, identification tags, seals, etc.) and it is to be carefully stored and used only for the time strictly necessary to verify its nature, specifications and size, and must show no signs of wear or dirt, as indicated below:
- The right of withdrawal may be exercised only with respect to the entire purchased product, partial withdrawals (accessories, complements, etc.) are not permitted;
- The transit of the product/s, until the Customer receives confirmation that the product has been properly returned and delivered to Pervert, shall be at the Customer's exclusive responsibility for the cases indicated under points 1.2. Therefore, if the product has been damaged during transit, Pervert, shall inform Customer thereof in order to enable the latter to promptly send the relevant complaint to the courier and claim a refund; the product will be made available to Customer and the withdrawal notice will be cancelled;
- Pervert, accepts no responsibility for products damaged, stolen or lost while in transit
1.3 Pervert shall refund to the Customer the whole amount already paid by the latter, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the withdrawal. Pervert may withhold the refund until the returned product is properly received by Pervert or until Customer demonstrates that the product has been correctly returned, whichever is earlier.
1.4 Once the products are received, Pervert will check them in order to verify that they are consistent with the terms and conditions set forth in this clause and, should the results of such verification be negative, it shall inform Customer by email that the value of the returned products is reduced due to Customer’s failure to comply with the conditions mentioned above. By the same mail, Pervert shall also notify the amount that it will deduct from the amount to be refunded, unless Customer elects to have, at its own expense, the products sent back to him/her in the same conditions in which they were returned to Pervert.
1.5 In the event that the right of withdrawal is forfeited (for example when the product is returned damaged when the same has been sent through a courier chosen by the Customer), Pervert shall send back to Customer the purchased product, charging the latter with the relevant shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
Items must be undamaged and in sellable condition and must be returned in their original condition in a sealed box, with all garment tags attached. Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.
Where provided, belts and any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any return paperwork.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Our leatherwear is all hand crafted by the finest artisans and is covered with a one-year manufacturing warranty for problems that occur as a result of production. We cannot be responsible for general wear and tear and any changes that occur due to the nature of the materials used. With regard to exotic skins, the controlled breeding of exotic species is closely monitored and regulated by an international convention for the preservation of endangered species (CITES). Each skin has a traceability file that specifies its characteristics as well as its precise origin.
REFUND TIMING & CONDITIONS
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. Once your order has been receipted and inspected, please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method.
Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, but need to notify us of your decision to do so within 14 days from the day after the day on which you receive the last item in your order.
To exercise the right to cancel, please inform us by email to: email@example.com or by send message over contact us by providing us with your order number.
On receipt of your notice of order cancellation, customer services will contact you with return instructions. Please complete the returns form that you received with your order, and include it with your return so we can process your refund promptly.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, as our free collection service does not apply to orders cancelled under the ICACRs.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.
We will refund the full value of your order, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
